This is a 7-axis CNC gear shaper. All the gear cutting, cutter
relieving and setting-ups are controlled automatically. The machine
is especially suitable for the highly automatic production lines
for manufacturing, precisely and efficiently, spur gears, helical
gears, cylindrical gears with internal or external teeth of various
structures, involute splines, non-circular gears, plate cams, etc.
The YKW5132 machine is the ideal modern machine for the automobile,
aircraft, machine tool and instrument industries.
1.Seven axes of the machine can be numerically controlled. They are
cutter spindle rotation, worktable rotation, feed of the column,
elevation of the saddle, cutter relieving motion, the adjustment of
tramelling length of cutter and the adjustment of speed of cutter
2.The radical feed is performed through the column movement.
3.The cutter relieving motion is numerically controlled and the
synchronous cutter relieving is precise and in a low noise level.
4.The saddle elevation is numerically controlled and the adjusting
amount of the cutter position is up to 200mm.
5.Automatic adjustment of the cutter stroke length is numerically

7.An angular cutter relieving mechanism with an automatic chucking
and chuckling device is equipped on the machine in order to make
the adjustment quickly and avoid interference between the cutter
and the workpiece.
8.A cooling and rinsing system with a great oil flow rate and a
reasonable structure, and an automatic chip conveyor are equipped
on the machine.
9.A full-enclosure with an oil mist exhausting device is available
for the machine. Thermostats are erected for the independent
electrical cabinet and the hydraulic tank.
10.A column tilt mechanism (for cutting the taper gears) and an
automatic loading and unloading device (optional) may be added on
the machine on request of the customer.
11.A SIEMENS 840D CNC system is used on the machine.
