High Precision CNC Gear Shaping Machine 320mm With Three Axes:
The YK5132B machine is a CNC gear shaper, on which the radial feed
motions are performed by the column movements. It’s mainly used for
cutting internal and external spur gears and non-circular gears.

double-roller cutter relieving mechanism, and an accurate, stable
and low-noise cutter relieving motion can be attained.
5.High-precision variable tooth-thickness worm and worm wheel pairs
are used for the saddle and the worktable.
6.A large volumn of coolant is used for the cooling system for the
timely heat dissipation and stable machining accuracy.
7.An independent hydraulic station is equipped for the machine for
the quick return of oil and to prevent the oil from being mixed
with the coolant.
8.Angular cutter relieving movements can be made by the column in
order to avoid cutter relieving interference when cutting the
internal gears and helical gears.
9.A safety enclosure (open top), which has an excellent visibility
for the operating conditions and is easy to be operated, is
equipped on the machine to prevent oil splash, and an auto chip
conveyor is mounted for the machine.
10.The machine is equipped with an independent close type
electrical cabinet with an air conditioner (option).
11.A SIEMENS CNC control system is equipped on the machine. A FANUC
CNC control system is also available on special request of the

with a helical angle up to 30°.
